    Yes.
Toasted something major that makes using the factory inverter not a possibility. Sooo.
Found a 600w that fits in the housing of the original inverter. Bought a separate on/off switch, used the original wiring to tie it all together. And just bridged the 100amp relay under the hood by wrapping a good amount of wire around the main power poles, so it's always on now. (I also use that power supply for my ham radio).
Also wired in two outlets in the cab of the pickup.
    Just finishing everything up now...

I hooked mine up via the called for cable for distance and size of inverter. Cable was run from inverter cables under the truck along the frame rail up into the engine bay. Once in the engine bay, near the battery positive an inline 150 amp fuse block is mounted. From this a shorter, 12-15" cable, of same size as the longer run with standard battery post connectors is put on the battery positive and the fise block. The black negative is a direct run from inverter to the negative ground screw on the left fender brace near the battery.

I will try and remember to take some more pics but my truck is now at a Toyota shop waiting for another adjuster to validate all the ongoing issues from an October accident.

Is anyone using a Modified Sine Wave or Pure Sine Wave Inverter?

I also wonder, has anyone just replaced the outlet with a panel with switches/Cig lighter outlets in the bed for the stock 110outlet?

As soon as I have the Genesis dual Battery System Installed I plan to run 1000w Inverter to the back on its on line with a fuse/breaker..

if you are all worried about running your truck and killing the Battery while running power.. this system has a Boost switch which can use both batteries at their lowest charge to start your engine.. pretty bad ass.

the system is expensive but highly worth it if you have A LOT of Acc or running some real juice to the bed.

That genesis kit is pretty sweet, off grid engineering makes a rad one too, they have a Redarc option but it’s around a grand , no batteries included

I have the auxiliary Power setup from OGEngineering.

I didn’t want to crowd that area by the the air intake. I’d like to go magnuson in the future. But that’s a ways away.

If you haven’t yet I would suggest you purchase the SAIS bypass Kit from Hewitt Tech.
