Ideally, I'd like to upgrade (stock TRD OR), but I really like the look of the stock wheels and haven't found anything I like, so I'm keeping 'em for now. Any other reason to go after market on the wheels? (durability, weight, etc). Thanks!

I'm on stock because I'm waiting to wear down the stock tires. I'm pretty sure an overwhelming majority of aftermarket wheels plus tires will be heavier, so if you do it do it for the looks.

    I'm running stocks with 255/85s.

    They're fine.

I think the stock OR wheels are rad. Beadlocks are one reason to go aftermarket, but relatively few need those.

I've really been thinking about SCS wheels lately but am thinking should I spend the same money on a soft topper instead since it will actually go to good use vs just looks!

I'm liking the stock wheels as well. Put on Spidertrax spacers in order to prevent some slight rubbing with 32" tires, and for looks.

I'm going to stay with the stockers, unless I can find some nice 16" steel wheels (like Pro Comp 51) that will fit without spacers.

I too really enjoy the stock wheels. Tires are brand new, so once they wear down I'll jump to something meatier/bigger.

Stock for me. I really like the looks of the SCS wheels but extra wear on wheel bearings and extra $$ ruled them out for me.
That being said, if I ended up ordering a set of SCS wheels around tax return time, I would not be surprised.

I like the stock. I sunk my extra dough into a toolbox, bedliner, nerf bars, and floor liners.

I’m still riding on stock TRD Off Road wheels. I’ve been contemplating the Tacoma TRD Pro 16” Gloss Black wheels, but it looks like I’ll be riding stock wheels for a while.
