Why do people think it is OK to drop their dog poop anywhere?

I need to vent about this:
At my work we have dumpsters and although we are within city limits we have to PAY for our trash removal. We have people taking advantage of our unlocked dumpsters all the time, mostly a bag or two every other month but what happens on a regular occurrence is people with dogs walking in the neighborhood dumping their poop bags in our dumpsters.

    I finally saw this happening:argue:
Me - these are not public dumpsters
Her - well its just one little bag
Me:confused: - well I'm just letting you know these are not public dumpsters
Her (as shes walking away) - can't we be good neighbors?
    Me:mad: - ok...
Her - well we have to deal with all your traffic
Me - ok I was just letting you know

Since when is being a good neighbor letting people take advantage of you?
Why can't you just bring your dog poop with you on your entire walk if its one little bag? :poking::frusty::mad:
Additionally, I should note that our building is on the corner of two roads, a main road and a side residential road, in which the grocery store around the corner uses as a traffic route and we have a private parking lot that accommodates more than our employees.

    Venting done.

Used to have a neighbor let there dog shit in my yard almost every day. Never picked it up finally I asked her to pick it she still only did it if I was outside. Finally I got pissed off enough to start sticking her dog shit under the door handle of her Maserati. That dog never shit in my yard again.

My neighbors grass is so tall that their tiny dogs won't crap in it, and they don't keep them on leashes when they come outside.

I wouldn't care if someone dropped a poop bag in my can, especially if it was a dumpster but the ones that don't pick it up belong in a special kind of hell.

This drives me nuts as well ni pick my dogs poop up in the woods and bring it out. I know i know, force of habit and i hate it when your in a hiking trail and wveryone leaves there dog poop bags at the trail head. Seriously tou couldnt being it with you or place it in the barrel that is usually at the start of the trail head.

I’m sure i’ve missed my dogs poop but i strive to get it all.

Op, you pay for trash removal? Ok, question.

Do you pay for it by weight?

Why not just put a pdlock on it to stop them. Most businesses i’ve been arou d do this to stop random trash drop offs.
