why does reprograming the door remote takes a brain surgeon

GEEZ!!! i got a new remote to unlock the doors cuz my previous one got runned over...anyways i get 3 pages of instructions to program the thing and all it does is open and close doors. who in the heck thought up the fact that 22 steps are required to program a remote?? who are they trying to trick or fool, i dont even want to program it anymore i kinda watn to run this one over too

 

Iwould imagine its for security reasons.....you wouldn't want just anyone to be able to program a remote for your truck. You'll have to post some pics in your gallery. I wanna see your paint job.

 

yeah i had my truck for abou 2 weeks but with the snow and 10 degree weather all i havent been able to wash it and get a nice pic

 

I hear that. Up until yesterday, it was 5 degrees with a windchill in the negatives.
