Those are not my words regarding QA/QC - it's the brass at Toyota.

From this article "But in 2006, then-president Katsuaki Watanabe shocked a news conference, humbly bowing in apology and promising to improve quality. Yet, fewer than four years later, Watanabe’s successor and the founder’s grandson, Akio Toyoda, was also apologizing, admitting that poor quality control and millions of mishandled recalls had put Toyota in “crisis.”

Probably for Gas Mileage, the ZR2 does away with that front bumper.

Same here guys.... Think about it, the people who have problems are always vocal about it vs. the people who have no problems don't say anything at all. Maybe its time to actually get a poll going for that.

After having the only issue with my 2017 resolved, which was the trans shifting problem, after 6000 miles I really like my SR5.

There has been talk though that Russia may be involved with some of the problems Tacoma owners are experiencing with their trucks, and that they may have hacked into the robots that help assemble Tacoma's to make them do bad things to the trucks on the assembly line.

    Too much to list!
Taking a small trip down memory lane, the first 2005 (2nd gen) also had many issues. TW wasn't around then to be vocal about it. Go back a bit further and the 1995 Tacoma (1st Gen) was also plagued with lots problems. Most get resolved by the 3rd model year. Other problems do persist. Usually the last year of a model has the least problems.

What is your point? You asked if I had QA/QC issues on my 2010 (the truck I own is clearly posted). I said yes.

Please don't tell me you are one of those guys who think the 3rd gen forums are only for 3rd gen owners. That's getting really old and really high school.
