I miss mine. I had a 2011 as a 3rd vehicle that was rarely used. Ended up selling it cause it was just taking up room in the garage. Wish I had kept it. Now there is a convertible Camaro taking up the same space. I enjoyed the FJ more, but the wife likes the Camaro more.

To be honest I use to think they were kinda ugly. That's before I found my love for Toyota and got into off-roading (my pre Tacoma days) but now I love to see a well built FJ. They just look bad ass when done right.

Why does the FJ exists if we have the 4runner? Just as capable, and looks 1000 times better

Or are they brilliant? They didn't have to spend a ton of new development and they are still selling a boat load of them. Seems like simple economics to me. The 2nd gen was pretty good and sold well so why change everything.

Not sure why they stopped making them. The resale value on them is crazy high though. You can plan on paying 65-80% of original msrp for a good condition 5yr old FJ in my area.

FJ looks very much better when lifted and big tires.

And I can get what I paid for my '14 right now. That's pretty unheard of with most vehicles.

Wasn't the visibility pretty horrid in the FJ?

    You get used to it.
Stick on convex mirrors, backup cam, and driving CDL trucks with no back window view helped.
I always thought the A-Pillars were on the "fat" side and I had to look around them at intersections.

The 45s have always given me a chub. But I can appreciate them all.
