    Hey guys, I have had a ton of people interested in getting into the wildland side of firefighting and I figured I would share this little article I wrote up for an outdoor adventure company. I have been with the Forest Service for a handful of years, all which have been with a Hotshot crew. I remember how stoked I was as I started this career and I enjoy helping others get that satisfaction.

    It just covers some of the basic steps to get going with the US Forest Service or any of the federal job paths.

    pretty cool, I'm gonna have to brush up on my old wild land training(no pun intended), getting hired as a FF/PM over here that also has brush fires... should be fun
