Will '09 6 cd changer fit a '10?

    I have the opportunity to purchase an OEM unit from an '09. The '09 is a double cab and mine is an access cab. Has anyone had experience with this?

    Thanks in advance from a new Tacoma owner :)

    ^ i can confirm...connections are exactly the same as long as nonjbl to nonjbl or jbl to jbl...

    So, I can't put a 6-cd unit in my 05 truck since I don't have the jbl?? I guess I thought otherwise, suck.

    ^ if the 6cd changer is a jbl...then no, you CANNOT install it in your non-jbl truck...connections are completely different in the back.
