    Hi all,
I have a 2008 Tacoma and my cruise control is not working, the reason I think it might be caused by tpms is because it started as an intermittent problem. I used to park next to my old tires and the tpms light would turn off for half a day and my cc was working sometimes.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Brake stop light switch or spiral cable. Check to see if your brake lights work if they do it is probably the spiral cable in the steering wheel.

X2^^ I had a 2005 Camry that had a bad brake stop light switch that would cause the cruise control to only work intermittently. And in my brother in laws 2012 Tacoma the spiral cable snapped within the first few months of ownership.
