Does anyone know if a 285/65/18 will fit on a 2010 Tacoma with a Revtek lift? The wheel is a 18x9 with a 18 offset. (without removing mudflaps/trimming) thanks

    Welcome to TW.

They will not fit with that wheel. The +18 offset is much to high.

You need wheels that have a backspacing of 4.5". A 9" wide wheel with +18mm offset has a backspacing of 5.75". Therefore the wheel will sit too far in, and the tires will rub on the UCA.

Even with a 4.5" backspaced wheel, you are likely going to have to remove your flaps and trim to get 285's to fit.

Thanks a lot for the info. I think I am getting conflicting information on the wheels offset. One website says 18 and the other says -12. The wheels I would like to put on are KMC XD series 778 Monster's.

If they are actually -12 they should fit but I will have to do some trimming and remove my flaps correct?

That's right. -12 is the ideal offset you are looking for in a 9" wheel.
