    Came across this in an article today. The engine landed between the frame and cab, and caught fire. I am sure the 3.5 in 3rd gens wouldn't do that.

    I’ve been thinking about one of those ejection systems. Anyone tried installing some pyrotechnic bolts as a mod?
    I’d recommend this guy use this as an opportunity to replace his OEM bumpers with aftermarket steel ones. Just a thought!
