I am running 265/70/16 for the stock rugged tires that came with the off road package. I have the suspension tsb and the 5100's in the front. I was looking at either dune grapplers or the trail grapplers in 285/75/16. will they fit. I know height wise they will but what about going from a 70 to a 75?

You'll have some minor rubbing if you set the Bilstein 5100's at 2.5''.

Yes they are set at 2.5. How can I prevent rubbing. and will it hurt the truck or tires?

Take the mud flaps off if necessary, trim some, get a wheel with a 4.5'' backspacing or less.

    EDIT: What Jigzor said.

Backspacing is the distance from the mounting pad of the wheel to the inside edge of the wheel. The mounting pad of the wheel is where the pad seats up against the hub.

Like Colton stated, 4.5" would be good.

Ok. Well I am on a limited budget so new wheels right now is outta the question. I dont know what the rugged edition rims have.
