Performance mods: TRD CAI, AFE throttle body spacer, Doug Thorley headers, TRD exhaust. Cosmetic mods: HID 10k head+3k fog lights, BHLM, T-rex 2 eyelids, billet grill (5 piece), 20% front window tint, 4% back window tint, tinted 3rd brake light, altezza tail lights, LED license plate lights, door skid protectors, slotted drilled rotors, plasti dip rims, painted rotor and drums. Interior mods: TRD seat covers, LED map and dome lights, 2 kicker 10' w/ 500 watt amp, pioneer door speakers, and Pioneer AVIC X930BT.
From what I heard,Toyota and Ford are teaming up to make some kind of hybrid trucks. This could be a good thing because they are sharing the cost instead of each paying for the research.

Need to read up on how Auto makers are catering to Generation Y. The generation where driving gets in the way of texting and those grouped into Gen Y have learned to accept and trust all the buzzing, lights and warnnings from digital friends.

Get all this crap hard wired in....in three months it's obsolete and your trade in value is down. Not to mention the increased price of all the stuff in the first place. Do you want a car or a truck...?

I think they're fine as is. Dont need anymore distractions, people drive like shit and I need my attention on the road.

Personally I'd rather do without all the built in multimedia like Ford's Sync. There are plenty of awesome aftermarket options for far less $ than the price of "premium" entertainment/electronic packages. I have the factory Bose system with DVD nav in my 03' 350Z. Back in 03' it was the heat, now its outdated garbage compared to what is offered in vehicles half its price. The way Nissan integrated everything together you have to rip it all out and start from scratch to update to a modern equivalent. Plenty happy with my Tacoma's basic OEM double din that I replaced for a touchscreen multimedia/nav system of my choice.

I def. don't wan't stuff like that in my truck. I bought the Taco for utility and simplicity. Give me a (reliable) truck with bed space, ground clearance, 4x4 and a stereo and I'm set. I don't need a computerized Audi.
