I dislocated my shoulder a couple of weeks ago and there is no way I'll be able to dig around in my engine compartment for a couple of months. Does anyone know if Toyota will install their TRD intake system or do they say they can't because it's for off-road use only?

Thanks a million for the offer, but I'm down in Yuma. I have an appt with the dealer in the morning to install the TRD exhaust, intake, quick shifter, skid plate and nerf bars. I know they're all simple things to install and I'm sure the dealer will eat me alive with installation fees, but I can't have these things laying around the living room for 2 more months.

the exhaust is somethin the dealer should do but The stealership is gonna charge you about $90 an hour. your way better off finding a private party to instal for way less that way your not throwing your money away.
the exhaust isnt street legal in cali but as long as you take it off b4 gettin smog your ok. i heard thats only about a half hour install to do yourself.

Well, I was referring to the cost of installation, not the cost to purchase all the items. :)

LMAO!! Sorry! I would guess about $500.00. If you decide to ever take a road trip up to the Phoenix/Tempe area, My offer to install all this stuff still stands. :)

Pretty good guesses there, guys. $448. They claim it took 5 hours to do the installations. Anyway, I like the way everything turned out, especially the quick shifter. That makes a night and day difference in the shifting experience.
