    Anybody from there know of a NICE chapel we could do a quick spur of the moment wedding?

    Im getting no help online. Everybody told me winchester, va was the wedding capitol of the east. Figured vegas was too far, why not winchester.

    We dont want a big ceremony with tons of ppl. Maybe only one or two ppl. Want it to be quick, and official.
