    my buddy used pool noodles cut in strips to fill in the gaps for noise reduction. if you go that route, you'll probably save sone cash and headache when those go flying away.

    Couldn't you just cover the t-slots with black electrical tape? Ultra cheap. Lol

    I guess at a certain point you just get used to whatever your setup is but I can say I’ve has my tally covers on for over 4 years and they’ve held up well and wind noise is minimal. I can hold a conversation on the phone at interstate speeds and still be heard so that’s enough for me
