I had dealer check it out. Went for a ride along and heard the noise. Adjusted door latch or something and that did nothing. They finally ended up saying that the noise is normal since they took a 2019 out for a drive and it was the same. Also tried to blame my tonneau cover.

This truck is like a brick through the air, very noisy, very bad aerodynamics. Toyota does very little to quiet the cabin from the noise, and the door seals are poorly designed and if you add window vents (WeatherTech, AVS, etc) the noise is worse cause the wind hits them.

I noticed that there's less noise if I don't wear my hearing aids.

That may not work for you youngsters, though.

This is true. If this is the case, this noise definitely qualifies as a recall. At the least a TSB

If someone wouldn't mind checking this out the next time they are on the freeway. When I'm not really listening for it, it sounds like ear level, but if I try to narrow it down it really sounds like it is coming from the side view mirror area. Sounds like wind is catching in somewhere on the mirror or it is deflecting off it onto the window.

I cut a few small strips and placed them on the inside of the seal. This presses the seal tighter to the glass. Problem solved.

It's a truck so no suprise it's noisy. If it makes anyone feel better my old prius was just as noisy if not louder. In both vehicles, when I'm at a red light I have to turn down the volume on the radio because it's too loud so ya, definitely noticeable wind noise

It's probably the air vents on the rear wall. I covered my back wall with Noico and used a layer of Dynaliner, and then a layer of MLV. Did the same to the doors. Truck is now almost as quiet as my RC.

I had the dealer replace the seal and add material between the seal. And I added some of my own to make it a tighter fit. Still have the sound.

I’ll post photos later today of where I placed the foam.
