Window/Door Rattling

My windows rattle really bad when they are half way rolled down. I took the truck into the dealership to have it inspected and they said it is normal. Have you guys noticed bad window rattle on your 3rd gens?
When I listen to music, it can get really bad. The plastic on the door sounds pretty rough as well. I have to keep my knee pressed against the door to prevent the bad rattle.

I'm not real worried about it, just thought I would ask you guys. The mechanic said if they tighten it too much, it will create too much tension and not work at all?

What are your guys's thoughts?
