After going through thread after thread and post after post there seems to be 3 common sources of wind noise from the windows:
    1) The windshield seal (this post does not deal with this problem, there seems to be an old TSB on it in other threads)
    - If you experience this noise, you can press on different points of the windshield and change the pitch/tone of the noise and replacing or re-sealing the windshield gasket is what solved this issue for my truck.
    2) Wind noise (kazoo sound) while driving in crosswinds from the Window Seal
    - If you experience this noise, you can press on the top of the closed window and change the pitch of the noise
    3) Wind noise driving in crosswinds from the Door Seal
    - If you experience this noise, you can pull on the door and change the pitch of this noise

For items 2 and 3, these are two threads I found helpful with the details of the solution:

First is the solution for the Window Seal which worked for my truck. It is well documented with pics in post #87 from va_bank in this thread. I have copied the solution procedure into this post below for convenience:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wind-noise-from-window-anyone-fixed-it.185461/page-5

Next is the solution to the problem of wind noise from the Door Seal itself:
Post #64 in this multi-page thread describes enhancing the door seal on a 2015 by adding additional material to the seal. If you go farther into the thread, you will find a more complete solution by installing additional material inside the door seal itself (see Post #87 from RedRed and Post #98 from old-timer both on page 5).
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/15-sr5-dcsb-wind-noise-solved.402034/page-4#post-12004802

This is until Toyota comes out with some type of fix for the gasket. I wouldn't hold my breath on something coming out to solve this officially, as the wind noise problems seems to have been denied for years. The thread above is promising that a dealership is actually acknowledging an issue, a great first step.

In the first link above, someone posted a video link detailing how to build up a door seal gasket similar to what is described in post #83/#87 and I have copied that post below as well.

If you are enhancing the door seal to add more material and improve the seal, this video goes through how to do this type of thing. This video deals with the seal on the cab itself, while the solutions described above involve adding material to improve the Door Seal.

Just because one of the solutions was mine, I'll add that to TEST if it's your door seal first (for less than $5) you can use my method of adding 1/4" drip line in between the top door seal weatherstrip flaps. If that helps/fixes the kazoo noise then you could move on to a more permanent solution.
