Anyone have there door seal deform? Just tool truck in, and both driver and passenger side seals were replaced.

Mine are the same on both front doors OP. I just glued them back for now. No leaks or issues with window binding up yet. I'm at almost 14k miles. I hate pulling window run channels as it requires pulling door glass and loosening the PW regulator on some vehicles. How do they sit after the change out? Mine were like this the day I bought the truck.

Not sure what caused it. The drivers side was worse, than passenger side.
