i just noticed an odd issue with my truck yesterday. it seemed like the window would jump a bit as soon as the window got below the upper track. i noticed yesteray when i put the window up, it jumped out of the upper window weather strip or whatever it is. i'm able to push it back in place with a screw driver while its going up, but this is annoying. what would cause it to jump out like this? i'm assuming i'm going to have to remove the door panel to get a better view.

    window down

window goin up, see how its outside of the channel?

other than this, everything operates smoothly and quickly. so i dont think it is necessarily an issue with the window track, maybe just this piece of trim?

I have seen a few threads on this type of issue there is a known problem with the track the window rides on inside the door. I think there is a TSB on it. Check the TSB sticky.

Edit: here ya go BO001-06 JAN 06 Body - Front/Rear Window Runs Deformed
