Windshield issue on 2019 TRD Pro

2019 windshield film? I purchased a 2019 TRD Pro and I have noticed there seems to be a film or oily glaze on the windows, especially the windshield. I have washed and soap and water, Windex, Dawn straight up and rinsed. Even in terrific thunderstorms in La/Southern Ms. the rain smears across window. Then on a return trip from vacation, was trying to remove bugs and the window tool at a gas station scratched the window in several places where I had to really work to clean. Even if you try and clean bug after direct hit with wash and wipers (NEW) it does not clean. You can clean windows dry then rub hand across surface and it feels a bit tacky. Any thoughts on this, any similar experience. Dealership sees it but no explanation.
