does anyone that uses these have a recommendation? Looking for a good one that blocks the texas sun off the dash.
    Thanks

I have a weather tech sun shade. Had it for three weeks now. So far so good.

    Perfectly stock?
I have a Cover King. They are FIRM and custom made to fit our vehicles. I had one on my VW R32. You can see pics on my instagram @13XSPX.
I live in SE Georgia and it gets HOT. This works great, doesn't look stupid and folds up easy. Spend the extra couple of dollars and get it, you won't regret it.

I had the weather tech in my Tacoma and it was the only sunshade I used everyday. It was awesome. It's used in my XJ now. You gotta scrunch it a little bit but it works

I have a covercraft sunshade and it works well. There is a small gap around the rearview mirror, but I suspect that is because I have a ImMrYo rearview mirror bracket that moves the mirror up. Overall the sunshade is well constructed, folds up nicely out of the way, and works well to keep the temperature down. I would certainly recommend it.

I used to do some work down in Hazlehurst and surrounding areas. If it's not the hottest, it FEELS like the hottest damn place on earth.

Whatever you get, make sure it has actual metallic foil. Anything else won't block enough heat to make a difference.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Mine is some cheap blue reflective foil laminated to foam. Works good, actually.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts and inputs. A couple days ago I ordered a sun shield from heatshield. I'll give it a try and see what happens. If not, then I'll try a different one.
    Thanks again, david

I've had mine for about 3 years. My buddy has had his for about 10 years. Night and day from Wally World sunshield. Did you go with gold or silver? I think they were having a Father's Day discount.
