I previously posted about a wiring issue after trying to hardwire my new dashcam and got no response, but I have updates.

It appears that anything connected to the fuse box under the cluster is not getting constant power (ie no door locking/unlocking, no dome lights, no hazards). None of this works while the truck is off. However, it works fine when the truck is in accessory mode, or powered on. All the fuses are testing good. I've exhausted my ability to get answers through Google and other means, as apparently I can't figure out the words to put in for the answer I need.

    Any insight is appreciated!

It’s normal for a lot of cabin fuses be on accessory only power. Do you WANT constant power to it? You want it running power when the truck is off draining battery?

I read your first post. Did you put an add a fuse in a blank space….?

No, I had used the sunroof fuse previously. I don't need constant power the fuses. The problem is, all things that box controls do not work when the truck is powered off. Like I can't lock/unlock my doors without using the physical emergency key, dome lights don't work, can't use emergency flashers, etc. So there's a wiring issue I need to locate, but I'm unsure what I'm looking for. I hope that makes more sense.

Pretty sure hazard lights work without the truck being on... Might want to check that.

...... I did check that, which is why I said they didn't.

Then you have another problem going on. Emergency flashers work without your truck being turned to "accessory" or with the key to "on/run".

I understand that, my entire post is asking for insight on where the problem may be. As I previously stated, everything that should work with the power off doesn't, and it's all connected to the fuse box under the dash. The fuses themselves are testing as good, I don't understand the wiring beyond that enough to figure out the issue.

Gotcha'... That is pretty weird that they're working with the truck on "acc" or "on/run" and not with truck off. Maybe computer/circuit board related? Going to have to look at the wiring diagram to see what it might be.

I don't have time to look at wiring diagrams right now but I can when I get home, my hunch would be that one of the ECU-B fuses is blown.
What were you trying to tap your dashcam into?

I'm finally home. But I got to get washed off.
Been running a string trimmer most of the day. I spent, and soaked in sweat.
It will be a bit before I can take a look.

Lets start with the Dome Circuit.

    Check this fuses first

    10A ECU–B NO. 3
    7. 5A ECU–ACC
    7. 5A ECU–IG NO. 2
    5A AM1

Check power to both sides of fuse.
    Key on and off.

Is there a switched 12v from the dome light connector that can be tapped into?

That's tapping into the mirror harness. Already have those pins mapped out. Was trying to see if there is anything for the dome light connector.
