I installed my rack and now bought a 42" Led Light Bar.
Any ideas on how to do the wiring?
I don't want to drill any holes if I don't have too!
    Thanks ahead of time!

Seems like this would be the only option if not doing any drilling.

I'm going to duct tape the shit out of the entire front end where the seals are lol. I get the annoying squeel sound from the roof near mirror on windy days. I used to get it more from the doors seals but since have installed the tubing in door seals. Ultimate red neck fix for the Taco. Besides raising the seat mod...

    Thanks

Just run it in the windshield molding, 12 gauge wire fits in there snug. I wrapped my wire in black vinyl tape to make black so it would hide better. Actually it's better to run it down the windshield and into the engine bay because it's easier to wire up a relay in the engine bay than it is in the cab.

That has to be the worst wiring job I've ever seen. Please don't do any of that, just about everything you shouldn't do, that guy did. I couldn't stand to watch any more mistakes, gave up watching 1/2 way through.

I didn't get to the part where he put the wire in the windshield rubber, so maybe that part he got right, but considering how he put the switch through the firewall, I doubt it.

How about those Male forks shoved into the female spade connectors
What a chop job install. exterior Black tape wrapped up the A-pillar FTMFW.
As a 12v installer this pains me to watch.

    No!

Run it down the windshield. Hook everything up and then make the cord taught in the small channel and secure it with a few small dabs of clear or black epoxy to keep it in place. It looks clean and no one would likely even notice it

    Edit to add photo:

I had to zoom it in but the wiring is running down the Black weather strip into the engine bay. I think it looks clean enough to dissuade someone from drilling holes in their roof
