The place I've been going, chuckled when I mentioned going positive caster.

They won't put a 285 tire on a 7" wheel, either. ( I'm kind of on board with this one, though. Just because it can fit doesn't mean ya should.)

Like running 0.0015" gloss through a press that should be doing 0.0032"
 just because ya can. doesn't mean ya should.

Has nothing to do with factory specs or liability,
its either laziness or lack of training.

Took me three calls before I found someone who would work with me & knew what I wanted was possible.

I feel sorry for you guys, down here a 285 on a 7in wheel wouldn't even be questioned.

Not O. Go look in TW because I cannot remember the sequence but front are all the way one direction and the rear are the opposite. Helps with rub issues. No weird wear on mine. Ask @Supr4Lo

Ther toyota kit runs about $75. Get two and we will do both sides.

Right now the rear are still pointed IN and the fronts are at 0.

Rides straight. Wheel is straight. Power steering responds.

    Smoother ride with different uca's.
I took a spin down Dash Rattle Row. lol
It's better than before. (Could be in part to new ball joints and bushings)

    Whoa, don't blame me!

    Probably CBD oil.

    Hopefully a lot. :notsure:

I'm pretty sure it has everything to do with factory specs and liability. Any chain tire shop isn't going to do anything to get themselves in trouble. They probably instruct their management not to do anything outside of factory specs for legal reasons.

    Why sorry?

    I would never mount a 285 on a 7-in wheel personally.

I would actually prefer a tire shop that lets me know when I am doing something wrong.

Knowing more about alignments, I can see where the shop is struggling with the seized cam...thing is the tab is, was, could be bent out of the way to get the movement they were looking for...

    It's already messed up so....

Sadly I missed Mod day @Thatbassguy casa.

Don’t know if anyone is interested but there’s a meet up at a BREWERY. I know that sounds crazy for our group.

It looks like it’s a 4Runner thing but I might crash that party.
It’s scheduled for 11am-1pm Saturday 5/31. A beer on Saturday always sounds good but not sure what plans my wife has in store for me yet so I’m 50/50 in attending.

I think a good indicator is search by vehicle, not tire size.

If a tire size you want doesn't come up for your vehicle......they aren't going to put it on.

When given the opportunity to join mod day and help spread our bad habits onto others, I was all over it.
