Actually not that bad of a thing to do in the dirt, much easier than I anticipated.

Hell yeah! Was thinking of running it off the CO2 tank, but that wasn't going to be cheap either for a manifold and regulator.

    Beginners luck?

    Don't rub it in Ryan's face :D

Got lots of pics of you guys to go through still.

James, how did you strap that tank to your rear bumper exactly? Is it a 20lb??

20#er, built the mount then strapped to it via a big ass ratchet strap. Worked flawlessly. Here is the mount, it bolts to the swing out.

It does, but I am not 100% sure it is leak free though. From the pump all the way to the 3rd is leak free, and not rotating the system is leak free, but right after I hooked the line up it would leak when spinning the tires, through the diff breather which usually means the main O-rings are fucked, then driving it would kick on once every 30 seconds or so. Since then I talked with ECGS quite a bit and they suggested the main O-rings as well, but I then changed the oil and re-seated the bulkhead fitting which has an O-ring that could cause a leak into the 3rd, and I have been leak free driving around on the street. I need to get up on some dirt and run it for longer than a block in a straight line to be sure though. ECGS has been great though, and if there are any issues that were their fault from setup they will make it right, and Brian is going to give me his old 3rd, and I can use it as a spare if I need to send this one back for any reason, or blow it up again :anonymous:

Here is where I ended up putting the compressor and the new switch layout, I moved the lighting ones down by the shifter, the toggle is the VSC off, and will be replaced by a front locker one day.

Also finally took my Moab raffle prize out of the box and was pleasantly surprised, Front Runner spare tire grill. Quality made product, stainless top and beefy legs, I have been driving around with it all week and hasn't moved a bit, we will see how it stays offroad, look forward to using it this summer. I was amazed to see this thing retails for $160!

Love your build. I seen people with the grill use short ratchet straps to make sure the grill doesnt fall off a swingout.

Thanks! I will probably strap it when hitting the dirt for extra security, but it seems pretty damn solid as is.
