Enough to make it a lot of fun!
So does this mean you have a front locker or is that just for show?

No locker yet, but coming soon with 4.88s! I had a VSC disable switch there before, but removed that and added a VSC and ABS disable through the rear wiper fluid switch instead, never use the wiper let alone the fluid, and the new reservoir only has a hookup for the front anyway. I put a relay in between the ABS wire on the passenger side, and connected the trigger to the rear fluid which interrupts the signal, disabling ABS and VSC until a restart. Thanks to @jberry813 for the wiring idea.

I do like that idea. It keeps everything nice and clean. You really think you need to jump up to 4.88s. What gearing do you have stock?

Yeah, figured I have unused controls on the wheel, might as well use them, might find something to use the rear wiper for.

Stock is 3.90, so a similar jump from a 3.73 to 4.56, just a bit lower.

OK ya that makes sense. I can't decided if 35s and rear gear will happen next year or rear suspension.

I would go with suspension, a bit more clearance isn't something you are going to notice everyday, a smoother ride you will. What are you thinking for the rear?

Custom built leafs (happening this year), shock relocate with 12" king smooth body and some hypo bumps. My leafs are shot after 2.5 years of hard wheeling and expoing.

Edit: Going to call pelferybilt to see if I can buy their old sock relocate kit even though it is not advertised on their website site.

Nice, they make a great looking system, I know @SconnieHailer is rocking it just the way you have described.

Mine have lasted the last 3 years great. Good damping will extend the life of leafs.

Ya I think that was my problem. I was just running Billy 5100 b110s for shocks and they were not right for my set up. Hence why the are flattening out. I also carry a lot of weight in my bed over the summer. So I will be breaking the pack down and using select leafs and matching the with older leafs with stronger steel.

Are you going Nitro gears? Who are you going to have do the installation? My buddy just put gears in his V8 4runner and said it's amazing having the power back.

Going to have ECGS do them, and they use Nitro, I will do the diff swap, pretty easy. Definitely looking forward to better gearing, I can't make it up 70 without dropping into second and ramping up to 3500 - 4000 RPM.

Nice, that should be a fun upgrade. I thought I might be done with my build...but maybe a regear and a locked rear might be nice afterall haha.

    Done? Whats that? :D

Regear will really help me, you can overcome some of that with the V8. BTW, saw you were selling the KOs, what did you replace them with?

I need to switch back to an A/T tire in the 285/75 size...the 4runner is still doing long road trip style rides and the Mud Terrains just weren't the answer. I need to sell them first before getting new ones though....
