Made me wonder about the ferry. Just checked and sure enough, ferry isn't running due to water levels.

Bummer, seems like everyone that makes a mount like that eventually fails, guess I'll have to beef mine up before I join you all.

Yep, happened quickly too, just over a year since I burned that in. Really goes to show how thin and weak the frame is, and requires large surface area for welding and gusseting to hold up. After this happening, I am honestly surprised more sliders don't rip off, though they likely see a fraction of the number of stress cycles as the body mounts.

Bummer, I was actually considering checking it out on my last trip, but never looked into it.

It was a muddy mess at the bottom, but I did manage the middle line. I'll try the hard one again after I bob the bed and have lower gearing.

I don't think that's an obstacle that would agree with James' wheelbase.

First time I ever saw that obstacle I learned that with enough winch and tire smoke a wheel base similar to James' will work just fine

Good times, I took zero pics. Now looking at how high center I was, that would have been tough to drive out of the rock pile.

Also, good thing I had the wood on the passenger side lol, that got really tippy, really quick.

Nope, even the middle line is too much now with how dug out it is. Crazy how much that trail has changed in the past few years.

I remember a slightly different line there getting tippy real quick :p

I did the middle line 2 or 3 years ago without much effort. I'm sure with the increased popularity it's changes a lot since.

Good to go, small lingering drifts in and above the rock garden (last pic), and in the woods descending to Cascade, but not an issue at all.
