I want to stencil an image on wood that's about an 1" thick give or take and cut straight through it. I have a Dewalt Cutout tool and a dremel. What would be good bits to do this with? I don't have a CNC machine so it will have to be all done by hand. Not looking for any embossing, just a straight cut through. There are small intricate areas as well but not too much.

Coping saw. Jig saw. Hack saw. Work to the line slowly, use a rasp to get close to the line.
