They might but they are going to be a bit loose IMO. Those might be the ones that you can install without having to slide in from the ends so they might work as long as you can hold them in place. They're definitely too small if you want the ones completely captured by the rails that you'd install from the ends.

I have a bunch (like a dozen in the rails total between rack and tool mounting) of these ones off Amazon and the page includes dimensions to get an idea of what fits.

Yeah that's the thing I have a retrax pro cover and I don't want to have to take it off/apart to add gear so I am looking for the kind you don't have to slide in from the end.

    ARE MX truck cap

Ordered these a few weeks ago an happened to have the eye bolts, fender washers, lock washer and nuts so i installed
    2 of them today.

I have a 2020 tacoma 6 ft bed with a cap on the back with 8 hold downs installed for the cap
(4 from the cap installer..and 4 i kept when i traded in my 2005 tacoma...so why not use them.....).
No way i would take all that sheit off to slide in any trail accessories from the ends.

These nuts worked great. nice and tight...no movement.
I don't plan on hauling anything heavy duty...these are more for 'insurance'.
