Well, as a matter of fact it is, hadn't you noticed?

But a a consolation prize, we get safer vehicles....

 

I'm more than sick just looking at these. This is making me spiral into an existential crisis of paranoia and fear that at any minute I can be drunk driver disintegrated, distracted driving destroyed, or otherwise smashed to smithereens. I don't even want to drive home today. I wish they'd invent a Toyota Tacoma Transporter now... Course then I'd have to read a thread about people rematerializing into walls and crap.
