The general rule for fuel trims is:

Per bank (bank 1, bank2), the SHORT TERM + LONG TERM shouldn't exceed 10% for an extended period of time. It will probably show high on the first drive of the day while the vehicle runs in open loop mode, but after that it should flutter in the 0-10% range.

Got any input regarding my other sensors here?^^^
Wondering how the O2 sensors/afr/and maf readings look. Sound like my fuel trims are in the proper range then though.
Edit: rear O2 is a SIM though.

O2 sensor voltages don't really mean much unless you're trying to diagnose a bad sensor. If the emissions system is fine, then you really don't need to display those values.

Everything else looks fine, but the important thing here is that instantaneous values don't mean much. If you are trying to see if one particular thing is wrong, you need to log the data over a length of time and see how it fluctuates. Trends matter more than snapshots.

Well, haven't looked into what you suggested, as far as figuring out how to log data over time, but I just changed my air filter to a different style, as well as a new front af sensor, finally. Readings stayed pretty much the same all around from first glance on torque, except the long term fuel trims:

    Before:
    700rpm: .8
    2k rpm: 5.5

    After:
    700rpm: 9.4
    2k rpm: 7.0

Does this suggest anything? or does it still mean zip since apparently I don't know what I'm doing with this data. Ha. I guess if nothing else I'll see how mileage turns out.

I have to reiterate my previous point. Instantaneous values don't mean much, neither do relative values after you have done mods.

Engines are incredibly complicated things now and the ECM is making constant adjustments based on numerous factors. Loop mode, air temperature (or density), fuel type, etc.. are all going to constantly affect the values you are seeing in Torque.

I don't recall if you said you were experiencing a particular issue or if you just wanted to make sense of the data. The short and quick answer is that as long as the engine is running fine, then you're probably wasting your time trying to make sense of fuel trims and whatnot. The conditions are dynamic and the ECM will move things around to achieve optimal performance.

Yeah just trying to make sense of the data. Thanks. I'll eventually read more into it. Just trying to get an idea what they mean and if she's running within normal parameters. Haven't used torque in quite a while. Noticed the economy app was upgraded. How accurate is that thing anyways?

If you've successfully paired Torque with the adapter, Torque will show you what codes are available from the ECU.

yeah they synced, I was under the impression I had to input specific values/info for it to run accurately. I'm a bit dull when it comes to technology. like the imperial number system is what i don't know now. What are all my values for them? I input what I assume is close awhile back but am not sure if I converted the numbers right.

I'm not quote following what you're asking but .82 imperial gallons is 1 us gallon. My tank is 21.1 so 17.5 imperial gallons. I changed the settings to miles and f°. What other numbers are you asking?

What OBDII reader are you using? I have some cheapo one that I snagged from Amazon that works, but drops signal for a second or two every few minutes.

This is what's currently in my truck: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A7Z509Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Sounds like I may need to "upgrade" to a better transponder. Thanks for the quick response.

No problem. When I was looking at getting one I thought about the cheaper ones but they had mixed reviews and didn't seem to support as many protocols.
