your a smart man..If you would of hit back, his thug friends would of been on you like white on rice, and you probably would of been in the hospital.

press charges, and go over to your moms often to get the mail. Invest in a camera(like mentioned before) and have rock solid proof.

 

OP you can also get your self an order of protection agents the person that assaulted you.

Have it include your moms property. An order can be over persons or property. That a way you can have him for trespassing as well.

Just make sure you have a filed police report to go along with it. That way if it happens again the law will be on your side. I would imagine your mom gets mail every day and needs help.

Let the police slap that bitch in the face with an order of protection. If you feel you don't have proof you don't need it to file an order.

 

damn yo, that sucks. should not turn your back to any one that you had already engage in physical or oral contact.

 

If i where to engage i would be tossed in jail. Because of my training and because of what i am support to stand for serves my country. Just wouldn't look good at all and i really don't need that.

Did you ever go to the hospital? You sure nothing is fractured? I imagine a steel toe to the face would do some seriouse damage.
