    Sliders help to deflect the doors and protect the truck. I got two bad door dings before I put them on and havent seen any new scratchs since. Might not help with the carts or mirrors though.

    yeah, my guess is that it was caused by a shopping cart, because of the height and the shape, i think it hit my door first, then slide on the side towards the bed, thats why I have a non continuous scratch on the back door...

    paint less dent removal at fords body shop its about $40 bucks for that dent, and it would be ready in 30 min, I would just need some touch up paint, decisions....

    Perhaps the PDR on the panel and then try to see what you can do to buff it out. The smaller ones should buff out (the 'trail' the cart left). That deep one will need to be wetsanded to make it less noticeable. If you can get the dent out and it looks good, buffing out the scratches could make the door appear better.

    Now, keep in mind that wetsanding and buffing out sctratches is not a job for everyone. You will need a machine (rotary or dual-action polisher) to get the sanding marks out. And it takes time. But I would guess that you would be surprised on how much of that comes out.
