this does not make any logical automotive theory sense but:

have you checked your fuses? On the 3000gt about a year ago I had a case of the car killing itself anytime I would use either turn signal or applying the brakes. Turns out to be a combination of "blown" fuses that had idk "blown together" and so fused back on themselves ish? I still dont know exactly but I swapped out the fuses and its fixed.

I know sounds nuts, and it is, but it couldn't hurt checking if you haven't already?

Does your truck have an electric starter? My mom along time ago had a car starter installed in her 04 sienna and wierd shit would happen. (turn on the left turn signal and the sunroof would ajust if open and other stuff like that.) Another reason why I ask that is when a carstarter starts a car (with the keys out) as a saftey feature, the car will shut off if someone touches the break with the keys not in it. You have to put the keys in it and turn it to on for the car to be operatable. Wondering if some wiring with this system may be bad. Just a thought.

Does your remote look anything similar to this ? If so.. Push the Star Button twice, (orange) push it once count to 1 and hit it again, truck will start if it has remote start

Hi, I know this is a 1 year 2 month old thread, but I wanted to know if you found a resolution to your Issue. I am having a similar intermittent issue that is causing a parasitic drain on my battery.
