Lol, I know. I went from a 94 TT Supra to this and both are hotrods, I need a work truck I can afford gas in. And it would be sad day when you put a hitch on this baby :p

Be carefull... That's VERY relative point. I use my v6 2nd Gen Taco as a work truck. I have 1000lbs of tools plus camper shell and ladders on top. I tow my 10x7 single axle trailer few times a week at least. Gas mileage is bad. 14 while not towing 10-12 when towing city! Full tank lasts me FOUR days!

Not mentioning that the Taco with STOCK leaf springs would be un-usable with all the gear I have in the bed. I had to install AAL so I don't bottom the truck out!

If I were to buy a truck again and I knew how I will be using it, I would have gotten a diesel. I have several friends who are contractors and they get 16-18mpg city with their diesels. No matter if they haul nothing or 10000lbs. Also the performance of the diesel is amazing! If you tow 10000lbs you hardly know its back there. I towed two axle 22' trailer with my Taco, got 11mpg highway cruising 65mph unloaded! I didnt want to count mpg with THAT trailer loaded...

The ONLY advantage of the Taco is that its nimble, can be parked anywhere and is reliable no matter how hard I abuse it...
