WTT: 2010 Headlights

2010 Headlights. Want to trade or sell for Black headlights, either your own, or ebay. Located in southern Saskatchewan, so shipping could possibly be an issue.

i know its no biggie, i did it on my X-Runner, I just heard that people liked the 2010 ones, so instead of destroying a perfectly good set of unique headlights, id offer than to someone who'd appreciate them

....i usually screw things like this up but i finally tried it and it was pretty easy.

 

I need some input from the gallery if all 2010's are tinted. I was under the impression that only the Prerunners came with the oem tinted. Thanks in advance.

I might be interested in buying them off of you. I want to do the BHLM, but I would like to make sure I have two sets in case I fuck it up. I am in Edmonton so shipping wouldn't be too bad. Let me know what you would be looking to get for them. I am also in no rush so if you wanted to order a set in I wouldn't have a problem waiting.

 

Only the TRDs (Sport & Off Road) are tinted.

Also note that to BHLM the tinted HLs, the tint layer would need to be removed. I've heard that removing it is a PITA. I am with the OP on selling the smoked HLs and BHLMing a chrome set. Probably make some money on that deal too.

 

can someone define "smoked" for me? is the smoked part the Black Chrome housing, or is a part of the lense?

I definatly can assure you that they are black chrome'd and are 100% stock 2010 Canadian headlights

Thanks Lurkin. They looked tinted to me, but wanted to confirm it. Working on a deal to get new eyes.

 

You've definitely got the smoked HLs, looks exactly like the set I picked up a while back. Smoked, tinted, and black chrome seem to be interchangable terms used to describe the 09+ TRD HLs.
