    Hey everyone!

    Well, my X-Runner just passed 100,000 miles, and is running rather well over-all!

    However it is way past due on brakes and spark plugs, and I want to 'upgrade' them with some decent aftermarket ones such as R-1 concept or EBC rotors, and Hawk pads....

    Can anyone provide links to where to actually get these? I am coming up with blanks and am unsure if I am getting myself into 6lug brakes or smaller 5lug rotors.

    Also, a good source for rear brake drum kits by chance?

    Additionally, I was finding mixed results on what spark plugs are OEM for replacement... any pointers?

    OEM denso plugs on the v6 (changed every 30k), dont bother with irridium etc.

    Well boys and girls I went straight to the horses mouth and got an EBC front brake kit. Slotted zinc coated rotors and redstuff pads, got them for 320 shipped!! A 50 dollar discount! :) Just for those who may be in the market for an upgrade, see the link below.

    Think I'm just gonna hit the dealer today to get rear diff fluid, coolant, and spark plugs.

    Will be looking for rear brake upgrades... would like to upgrade to disc brakes but research says there is no brake performance increase from doing so.

    Keep the drum brakes unless you are going to track race it they will work better.

    Thanks all yeah I got the spark plugs yesterday just went NGK as that seemed to be the way to go if not denso. They have always worked great on my 400 whp cobalt lol.

    Keeping the drum brakes - any good rear brake 'pads' or anything to increase braking performance on them?

    It all ready has the best breaking of all the small trucks. Have a look at a semi some time yelp drum brakes.
