Xbox X, "can't sign in"

Nomatter what game I try, when I load it and start to play.. when it would usually pop up with a "syncing cloud storage" message now I get a "can't sign in" message. Any help appreciated

 

Can you sign on via computer or phone and does your system have a good internet connection?

I can sign in to Xbox.com on my phone. Xbox says it's connected to the internet

 

On the Xbox when you go to Settings, does it show that you are signed in? Did you try rebooting?

 

Sounds like a password issue on the xbox itself, unless you modded your xbox and got it banned from online, lol.

Clear the cache. Hold down the power button while it’s on.

 

Finally got ahold of Xbox. They say it's "a known issue" whatever that means. So still not fixed. Can't use any of my 360 games on Xbox x. Which is 99%of my games.

 

Still no improvement. Supposedly today they will contact me to check in.. well see if that happens. I've been filling out error reports daily

 

Might be something going on with the 360 servers too.
