    @Chuy

    This bearing for the tensioner correct? and no sleeves or adapters needed?

    https://www.ebay.com/p/Nachi-5203-2ns-Ball-Bearing-17mm-ID-40mm-OD-17-5mm-W/1825226070

    I've had the Idler 1 pulley and one Idler 2 (driver side) replaced already. (Duralast pulleys)

    I'm replacing the other Idler 2 (passengers side) this weekend along with the tensioner pulley. that SHOULD be all the ones that were giving me issues. I'll find out afterwards I suppose. I just want to make sure I have everything I need (Duralast Pulley and the above bearing for tensioner pulley).

    Pressing in and out wont be a problem as I have access to a large press. The addition of boost definitely makes this a little more challenging. just more stuff ion the way and to remove. The s/c tensioner was just replaced too, so that pulley is new as well.

    We can definitely inspect the bracket to check for any existential damage aside from the bearings first. Easier, faster, so we can get to work on mine afterwards :fingerscrossed:

    It's no problem buddy!

    absolutely! I bet we could knock out the bearing swap easily. I'm sure the tensioner itself is fine.

    problem is.. I dont think I can get that bearing delivered in time for this weekend...

    Alright, bearing is ordered for the Tensioner Pulley, the shorter Dayco s/c belt showed up yesterday and picked up another Idler pulley for the passenger side.

    Was planning on doing it all this weekend, but with some family stuff goin on, and waiting for the bearing to come in, I think I'm going to hold off until next weekend.

    Although.. if @Rashnu rolls through.. I may hang around and do a 600# to 650# coil swap! yesssss...

    I have a set of 600lb king coils if it helps the swap. Borrow mine, swap out yours so you dont need to do both at once, then give me back 600lb coils when done. I cant remember if they are 16" or 14" length though

    its all good man. appreciate it.

    I'm getting some 650# coils that are already to go I believe, so I'm just removing my 600's, and swapping the 650's in.
