I need more than a butt dyno to convince me. REAL tangible results would be nice.

At $215 a pop OP should have no problems forking out for a real dyno test.

If I've got the color you order, generally just a few days. I do work a couple different jobs so usually it's a day or so in processing, but ships priority mail 2-3 days

No, not yet welded. Brand new in box headers, oem Tacoma front cats, cut from oem manifolds, new studs and hardware for flanges.

I probably should just install these and be done, but those new URD's look good and no emissions where I live.

Why did you ask if they were already welded?

I wanted to see how you joined them and what you used, the only cats I have are what's on my stock manifolds now.. I was debating what I should use (factory or magna cats)... as far as emissions, we don't have testing either but I need the cats, or it's nasty fumes... I can do without two but not all four.

Ok, who wants to go dynoing. I have a couple days vacation I need to take. I need someone who wants to drive to Asheville, NC during the week and run their truck with the IMS on the dyno.

Update: So there's no increase in MPG for me, but I have to admit I've been driving more aggressively, because I can haha.

400 miles in maybe .5 mpg increase at most, but over time it's substantial.

My dad even noticed it was a lot more powerful and I hadn't told him I installed the spacer. No placebo affect here.

There are positive proven results out there showing these spacers work on Toyota. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...pacer-increased-low-end-tq-3mpgs-300-a-2.html I have proven dyno results for Nissans, and have run once already on the Toyota but were inconclusive due to problems with the test truck, ABS brakes or computer setup etc. I have another shop that I would like to try some runs at and need someone with knowledge of their Toyota truck as I don't own one.

5-8 ftlbs of torque for $200 isn't worth it IMO. I paid $45 for a super China cold air intake that is identical to a K and N. $100 in material for my exhaust and I'm sure I picked up that much or more. I paid $180 for a cam for my SBC in my other truck and I'm sure it'll net me at least 30+HP

Damn wish I could but I have to take off tomorrow to watch the kids and I am off Friday to get my truck detailed. If you have time later in the month or next month I may be able to work something out.
Mine is still in the box in my garage. I haven't been able to get a chance to install yet.

Not worth it? I guess that's your opinion. IF it does add 5 tq, your looking at about $40/tq. Compare that to the Trd s/c. Minimum of about $5k. That's about $83/hp and torque. Bullydog tuner IF it adds 10hp/tq your looking at $90/hp and tq. Seems the spacer is a pretty good investment if it does what others say it does. So if you don't like it, why even post?

Oh btw, bet you didn't get shot from that intake unless it's power loss.
