Hello, I have a 2011 TRD OffRoad and I was looking under my truck and noticed that my y-pipe seemed to be flattened where it crosses just behind the front cross member. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone know if the Doug Thorley performance y-pipe stays above the cross member?

    Thanks.

That is a factory form. Nothing out of the ordinary.

If you want an aftermarket Y-pipe that is worth the money, hands down get the URD Y-pipe. It is superior. Not an opinion.

Will an aftermarket y-pipe stick below the cross member? Will I have to worry about bending it?

The URD Y pipe will not. You will only have a problem with it fitting, if you have a 6" lift which uses drop brackets. Because it will lower the front diff, which in turn lowers the front drive shaft. Which would then make them hit.

I have 3" in front and 1" in back so it only has a 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch rake. But i do have diff spacers. what about the DT y-pipe?

I don't have any experience with the DT Y-pipe on anything really. Sorry.
