I am in the process of getting a quote for enough mesh to do the grille, the two triangle bits, and the bumper with the 1/4" opening hex mesh seen here:

they have many different types to chose from, perforated, wire mesh or expanded metal in aluminum or steel, also different gauge material as well. I cant say how the customer service is or anything yet, I will update when I get the quote.

 

ok I was quoted $102.60, plus shipping, for a piece of hexagon mesh measuring 3 feet wide by 10 feet long, when I asked about cutting it down enough to make an upper and lower grille the price jumped to $170, plus shipping.
