Yokohama YK520s or Falken S/TZ 04s

I want a good all season street tire for my new xr rims. what do you guys think. the yokohamas are about 70 bucks more all together

go with the stz 04's. They'll last longer and are cheaper too

I work for Discount Tire, YK's are great tires, yet they don't last too long. The Falken STZ/04's will last the longer of the two. From personal expirience, my YK's lasted 18k (225/40/18).

 

hm... what do you think about generall grabber UHPs

 

The grabber's aren't a bad tire, but you can only rotate front to rear, whereas with the YK's, you can get 4 corner rotation, which promotes the most even wear.

 

are the falkens a better tire than toyo proxes?

 

I presonally don't like Toyo's, but to each their own. Go with the Falkens. if you don't like them, you have a 30 day ride guarantee, so put the YK's on

 

ok sounds like a good idea. and with that 30 day garuntee do they mount the other tires for free?
