Your unique mod on the 1st Gens

Mine was built/installed by the shop I've trusted for most of my work here in San Diego... www.sdtruckshop.com "The Truck Shop".

 

Here are a couple shot of the rear brakes. The rear axle is a Currie performance unit (CE0012) so it could be that the axle didn't have the mounts for an e-brake.

 

Unique, in the sense it's actually a rack for a 2nd Gen



Clear coat was going. So decide to raptor line the roof.



Also Raptor Lined the bottom of the body and fender flares.

 

Old sears vice matches align with tailgate cover bolts.

 

What hood vents are thoes?

I’ll probably make a plate for it. It’s not that big, but it’s nice to have for little stuff. Makes for a good hook when reloading the grease gun or when I need to smack something small with a hammer. But I have used it to hold the pieces when prying stuff apart. It’s got some sentimental value too. Found it in my old man’s truck after he took the big trip.

 

Just saying because I've dented that panel with very little force. A 10lb vice rocking back and forth on the little screw holes back there ain't gonna last long
