The zombie ate someone's cell phone loris calling from his belly. Personally I think ricks just gone crazy. They shut down the power to the prison to get the alarm to stop. Unless its on some sort of back up power I don't see where it is getting its power from

It looked like Michonne encounteres somebody in the sneak peak. My ideas are:
1)someone from Woodbury following her and she catches on
    2) Carol who ran away from the over run Prison

I'm hoping it's 2 because that will get Michonne to the Prison, at which point they can go get Andrea.

    All my hypothesis.

As for Lori, I still don't want to accept that she's dead, she wasn't my fav charector but I didn't like how she went out. It was a flattened bullet and not a spent casing that Rick picked up, and he picked it up in the middle of a big grease spot (blood? hair grease?) from Lori's head. I'm holding out for her to be alive somehow.

Dammit Andrea, why didn't you roll out with Michonne? Idiot. Actually, as long they keep my Maggie alive, I'm happy.

Phone lines (old school ones like that in the episode) are powered over the phone line, not from within the building... That's why you should always keep an old school corded phone around for emergency power outages.
