Nice, seems pretty simple! This will be one of those mods I do when I run out of cheaper mods to do and get bored...

Yeah, well, I'm looking at a couple aftermarket seat threads and starting to considering putting TW down for awhile. Getting really hard on the wallet.

    Thanks!

Fun little quick project today. Installed a new shifter seat from Marlin Crawler. Not sure the old one was wore out but feels a little tighter.

    The old:

    The new:

    Installed:

And I think I found the clunk on the driver side:
    IMG_0469_zps1857a56c_6ca8e9f7d53bd4214d9ff414fc055f37e7978da9.jpg

Does this require aftermarket UCAs or is there a cheaper fix?

Yay! Got the hi-lift mounts started today.

Still have to cut the sleeves down so the baseplate sits against the bed. It'll put the weight of the jack on the bed and stabilize it in the fore/aft direction. Also, hoping to have enough bolt sticking out to put a small padlock on and lock the wingnut in place. Otherwise, stuck with the cable lock through the corner tie down. Not exactly elegant.

Cloudy helped me finish off the hi-lift mount. He cut down the sleeves so the baseplate rests against the bed floor, taking the weight off the bottom mount.

Then he drilled a hole in the top mount for a padlock.

Somewhere in here I'll paint 'em but finished for now.

BTW, 21 lbs of Ikon UCA goodness is heading my way.

Tons o' stuff to install on the electrical side but the list o' mods is starting to get short. Plan on spending each weekend up to my birthday getting what I got installed. Building up to the big mod due in May.

Nice. Wish I could justify the cost of Icons.

I couldn't justify a full setup either especially with already having OMEs. Got some UCAs to start. Unsure when I'll get around to the coilovers and the rear shocks but eventually.
