OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
At first I would only hear my rear end squeaking when I would either put something in the bed or if i stepped on the tail gate to get in. Now it's gotten a lot worse, to the point where when I'm accelerating from A stop I can hear it in the cab with the windows up... Anyone ever experienced this before? Some idea's popped in my head on how to go about this. I can pressure wash the actual leaf pack and get the dirt between the packs or put lithium grease in the bushings.

Mine squeak all the time, from in the cab, when I step out just from my body weight, started a couple weeks after install, worse when they're wet

Thanks for the info. But when I did put my AAL on, the plates between the packs on the TSB leaf pack were already on.

I would replace the plates. Read the last page in the DIY fix and you can find the part # for them

Do you mean plates as in the white thing in this picture? You can only see the lip here but it is about the width of the tube and about the same length

No, they are flat and are between each leaf. They are thin and have A hole in the middle for the center pin. Gah, I can't find A picture on what they look like , but they do not look like that.

Nope, they are more like A "disc" but are in a rectangle shape and have A smooth metal finish to them.

Ok, I have no Idea lol

But I would try the DIY and see if it will help at all. If you do, make sure you do it next to/between BOTH C clips, as both of mine were making noise.

It helped me. Not a squeak since, even though its only been 3 weeks :D

i did an AAL on mine also. i have a squeak in mina also. it is bacause the 3rd leaf that i installed is rubbing the safety bracket under there. so i knocked it back in place and stopped the squeak for a month. now it is back. does anyone know a fix to hold this leaf in place?
