    More than I can afford
Update: No tinkering required, took about 20 minutes.

Panavise VSM bracket + Ibolt AMPS adapter plate+ iMagnet mount = no visible screws, no suction cups, no vent or cd player clip phone mount.

The imagnet mount has a ball/socket that is the same size ball as the Ibolt adapter (same as small RAM ballI think). Unscrewed the socket side from the imagnet, popped it into the Ibolt, screwed the Ibolt to the Panavise.

Bonus: the metal square for the imagnet slipped into my existing phone case.

    Edit: Pitchers…

Does this really work? Anyway you could send me some links. The mount nomenclature is a little too much for me lol. But I definitely want to try it!!

ALL done by me, thanks to all the info here on TW. If I can do it, you can DEFINITELY do it!
I have this exact mount, but no longer want it in the CD slot covering my Jensen touchscreen stereo, so your mod is something I've wanted to do. How did you keep your trim piece from pulling out? Mine pulls out fairly easily, especially if I were to add weight (i.e. my cell phone) to it and would be pulling it off of the magnet. Was thinking of coating the tabs with epoxy to thicken them up so they stay in better. Any thoughts?

Not as high speed as some of the earlier suggestions but I use this method.

tried this one, but unless the air vents are pretty much flush (not recessed) this had issues keeping my iphone 6plus in place. Really wanted it to work.
